I had a wonderful experience with Carmina at Cedar Run Apartments! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had all the information I needed. I really appreciated her patience and friendly attitude throughout the process. Even though I was just inquiring, she made me feel valued and never rushed. Her excellent customer service left a great impression. I’ve been a tenant for about four years. This place is great despite what the news say. Management(carmina and others) do a great job of maintaining the property.
