What are the lease terms?

Rent and Utilities are uploaded onto the Resident Pay Portal the 1st of each month. The payment options are eCheck (ACH), Debit Card and Credit Card, and Personal Checks. Money Orders are no longer accepted as a form of payment. 

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Cedar Run Apartments does not require renters insurance, if you do not have renters insurance there will be a liability fee of $13 that is charged monthly. 

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

At Cedar Run Apartments in Denver, Maintenance Requests can be submitted online, emailed to the leasing office, over the phone or in person. After hour on call maintenance for emergencies.

What's your pet policy?

Cedar Run Apartments in Denver welcomes your pet! Fur Babies are Welcome in our Community! (Call the office for Breed Restrictions) up to two pets per home, 100 pound weight limit, $35 monthly pet rent per pet and a $300 pet deposit.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

We require either 60 days notice, no term fee or no notice with a lease term fee of $2250

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rental increases depend upon the current market rent.

How about your guest policy?

Guests are allowed to stay two consecutive days. If guests are staying longer please notify the leasing office.

Is parking available?

Yes, Above ground parking is first come first serve for residents and guests. Reserved parking is available at an additional cost and is located underground. Resident's must have a parking permit at all times. They will need to register there vehicle with Onepass. The website to register  is www.onepassnow.com. Monthly Resident Permits 8/Monthly or $96 Annual. Overnight Visitor Permits $5 daily.
