The apartment is great. Nice and spacious and clean. Older but still very nice. The ladies in the office are amazing. The manager Nicole was super helpful and so Pleasant and nice to work with. Ariana, the leasing agent who worked with me the whole way from showing me the apartment and community all the way through getting my keys and all the paperwork in-between is the real star of the show. I can not say enough about how wonderful it was working with her. She made the whole process super easy and went above and beyond. Thank you Ariana for everything. You are 5 ⭐️

Had a couple issues regarding my unit and Lady Carmina at the front was extremely nice and lovely to speak to. Immediately sent over maintenence to fix and haven't had an issue since. Big thanks to her help and urgency

I had a wonderful experience with Carmina at Cedar Run Apartments! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had all the information I needed. I really appreciated her patience and friendly attitude throughout the process. Even though I was just inquiring, she made me feel valued and never rushed. Her excellent customer service left a great impression.
